At West Baja BBQ, we are passionate about delivering an authentic, high-quality BBQ experience. Our journey began as a family tradition, inspired by the legendary smoked chicken recipes from the Sierra region of Puebla and perfected with the bold, slow-smoked techniques of the American South.

We believe in the low and slow method—cooking at low temperatures for extended periods to achieve tender, flavorful meats. Our high-quality cuts are smoked using a unique blend of mesquite, mango, and apple woods, creating a rich depth of flavor that sets us apart.

Every recipe is 100% original, crafted with our own homemade rubs and seasonings to ensure an unmatched taste. We use only the finest ingredients, bringing you a smokehouse experience like no other.

We deliver only on Saturdays and Sundays, and orders must be placed in advance between Monday and Friday (no later than 2:00 PM on Friday). Our products require extensive marinating and smoking times to achieve the perfect flavor, so every order is made fresh and by request.
